Ever since I bought this polish, Essence nude glam #4 - Iced latte, I've been dying to make a design with it. The colour is so pretty and combines pretty well with basically every colour. Despite that, I chose to go with a classic nude-and-black combination.
Since this isn't just any nail blog, I will be posting the songs that inspired me as well. Today's mani was inspired by Peggy Lee's Why Don't You Do It Right?. The song's sweet and vintage-y, but the topic's a bit more cheeky - hence the cute pink nude in combination with some bold black. Anywho... Picture time!

I've been doing a lot of cleaning lately, and I'm pretty sure it shows. Despite moisturising my hands all the time, the skin on my thumb looks rather sad... Does anyone have some good advice for me?
And last but not least... A picture of both hands! I've been sniffing around many nail blogs, but they usually only show one hand. I can see where they're coming from ( I mean, nail polishing with your non-dominant hand is so hard), but personally, I like to see what it'll look like in real life - which means, on both hands.
Well, there you go. Taking pictures of my hands was completely new to me, so I hope I did alright. What do you think? Do you like nude, or is it too boring for you? Do you have some ideas for me to try out on my short nails? Don't be shy to leave a comment ;)
